Relax in refurbished style at our resort-style pool that’s been completely redone. We’ve resurfaced the tiling in the pool, along with the pool deck itself. Our furniture is going to be completely reupholstered, and we’ll soon be adding new pool loungers, cabanas, and BBQ grill areas all for your comfort and enjoyment.
Enhanced Fitness Center
Level up your training in our newly enhanced fitness center. Take advantage of our new equipment, or work on your recovery with tools like foam rollers and floor mats...and soon, be able to get your heart rate up riding our new Peloton Bikes. We've also repainted the entire facility to take the space to the next level.
All New Clubhouse Amenities
Our resident lounge and game room are getting a facelift. With a fresh coat of paint, new furniture including a foosball table, and an upgraded coffee bar, you will want to spend all of your time in these social spaces. If you need your own space, head to our study rooms which are perfect for getting work done by yourself or with a group.
We’ve taken The Wilde you know and love and modernized it with a massive tech upgrade. Enjoy additions like SmartTVs, iDevice outlets, and smart locks in each unit. Not to mention the upgraded furniture, new countertops, and cabinets
Grab some friends and head to our resurfaces basketball court for a quick game of pickup. Or, maybe you’re more interested in pickleball. We’ve got a brand new pickleball court coming your way.
We couldn’t upgrade our communities without keeping your furry friends in mind. Our newly added dog park gives your pet the space they need to run around off-leash and burn some energy. At The Wilde, we want everyone to have a good time, even our four-legged residents.
