HOW DO I APPLY FOR AN APARTMENT?
You can easily complete the entire leasing process online. Fill out and submit your application, your guarantor’s application, and your roommate preferences form. You can even complete the lease for your new apartment online! We are also available on-site if you wish to visit us to apply in person.
WHEN IS RENT DUE?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with a grace period until the 5thday of the month. Rent is considered late beginning on the 6th of each month. Please note that late fees will start to accrue beginning on the 6th day.
IS INSURANCE REQUIRED?
Personal Liability Insurance coverage of $100,000 is required for each resident. You may contract this policy through your provider of choice, or through our liability policy at $14 a month.
WHAT IS A RENT INSTALLMENT VS. MONTHLY RENT?
Your lease contract values the rent as a sum due for the entirety of the contract (lease start to lease end date). That total is then split into 12 equal installments over the course of that term. Rent can be paid in one lump sum prior to moving in or can be paid in the 12 equal installments at the beginning of each month of the contract.
HOW DO I PAY RENT?
You can pay rent online through your resident portal or check/money order.
DO I HAVE TO BE A STUDENT TO LIVE HERE?
No, you do not!
DO YOU HAVE A MAINTENANCE STAFF?
Yes, we have maintenance available during office hours as well as a 24-hour emergency maintenance service.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO MATCH ROOMMATES?
If you’re looking for a roommate, fill out our roommate-matching questionnaire online when you complete your application. We will use that information to match you and your future roommate. If you already have a roommate selected, we can help sort out the details with that, too!
WHAT IS AN INDIVIDUAL LEASE?
An individual lease is a per-bed lease. You sign a lease for a bed in the apartment and share common areas with roommates. This allows you to live with roommates without having to worry about whether they’re going to pay on time!
WHAT FLOOR PLANS DO YOU OFFER?
The Wilde offers spacious 2,3 & 4 Bedroom apartments so you can find the fit that's right for you! Each bedroom will have its own private bathroom, closet, and in-unit washer and dryer.
IS ON-SITE PARKING AVAILABLE?

You are able to ride our shuttle which makes stops at Hunt Library and the Collesium Deck, You are able to drive, Capital Area Transit has a stop on the edge of our community
